“Oh, just one more thing …”

Investigation Summary:There are a couple of loose ends I’d like to tie up.” You contracted me to conduct a private investigation on behalf of individuals known as the “Sheep in Exile”. Based on your recent request, I have closed out that case. I have forwarded a large confidential file containing the following:

  • Detailed report of investigation with key judgements,
  • Photographs,
  • Interviews,
  • Source materials (news clippings & electronic media), and
  • Physical evidence from dumpster diving.

As discussed earlier, I remain on retainer and am preparing for the imminent activation of  Phase II operations. I stand ready to conduct a thorough review of certain matters pertaining to the Association of U.S. Catholic Priests (AUSCP).

With regards to the AUSCP, I have worked with your friend, Mr. Fre3d Capra, and trained him in the tradecraft required to infiltrate the AUSCP and provide inside information on the upcoming Albuquerque Assembly to be held June 25-28. His counterfeited dissident, liberal catholic credentials were impeccably contrived. He is now an AUSCP member in good standing.

4458652-rambler01loHaving Fre3d feign being comatose last year was a brilliant ploy. That gave him an opportunity to join the AUSCP and win their trust. Good thinking on your part!

Fre3d recognized that his old Rambler would be far too recognizable for undercover work. So he gave it to me. My dog loves it.

I have also been in touch with your “dead horse” Petition. He is quite alive and thrivingdead-horse at Wyoming Catholic College. He is assisting with their P.E.A.K. summer programs (click here and here.) He will be part of the horseback riding  and horse excursion program. His devotion to prayer and desire to help in influencing strong Catholic youths is a fitting way for him to move towards retirement. The way Petition was treated at St. Peter’s was a very sad thing, indeed.

As we move into Phase II, the sensitivity of the operations focusing on AUSCP and similar organizations demands that we refrain from any further open discussion. This will be my final post. All future correspondence will be encrypted and sent via other means.

Personal Comment: Although this was an exceedingly difficult case, it has certainly been intriguing and spiritually instructive. The reason I took this case pro bono was because all of us in the Church Militant have to contribute our time and prayers to defend the One True Church founded by Jesus Christ.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Evelyn Kerr who passed away today.

For the Sheep in Exile – Bulletin 2018-04-29

Social Justice Warriors? No, Social Justice Hypocrites!

In the right hand column of our Home Page you will find a list of links to “Catholic” websites. Click on any or all of those and you will will learn about the death of Alfie Evans. Alfie, being Baptized and under the age of reason, is in Heaven today – he is now St. Alfie. (Read the story here: BREAKING: Alfie Evans has died)

His story is a terrible demonstration of the abuse of human rights by those who have no hearts, no human compassion. The right to life and parental rights have no place in the thinking of the people who caused this atrocity. This is truly a great social injustice.

So, dear readers, where are the ‘catholic social justice warriors’? Where are their demonstrations against this evil? Where are the busloads of their activists with signs proclaiming their outrage for this injustice? Where indeed?

I’ll be glad to show you where 1,200 priests who claim to be among the strongest workers for ‘catholic social justice’ are. I’ll be glad to give you the link to the pro-human rights, socially minded Association of U.S. Catholic Priests website – click here.

Once you get to their site, use their search engine and search for “Alfie” or “Alfie Evans”. Here is the response you receive:  “Your search did not match any documents.”

If you go to the AUSCP site, you won’t be able to avoid seeing one of their ‘catholic social justice’ triumphs proclaimed in all its amazing glory. This says it all.

Yes, it’s easy to say “-make every day- -EARTH DAY-“. It’s more difficult, however, to stand up to corrupt ideas and government officials. Sure, AUSCP members may have been jailed for demonstrating for some of their seemingly important social justice causes, but, I ask you, where are they when it comes time to challenge the government (whether it be in the UK or in the USA) when it tramples the God-given rights and dignity of human beings the way He created them to be or for the salvation of their souls?

For the AUSCP the answer is simple: “Your search did not match any documents.”

The AUSCP will hold their assembly in 57 day, perhaps our Pastor will decide not to attend this year.

St. Alfie, pray for us!

Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons? – More to the Story

More to the Story

We may have differing positions on certain issues. Gun control is one of those issues. The fact that there was “Poster Making Party” at St. Peter’s that was focused on gun control is not the problem. The problem is that there are several indications that the “Party” was sponsored by a specific political party, i.e. Democratic Party, thereby making the event that took place in St. Albert Hall a partisan event.

The “Poster Making Party” apparently was authorized prior to March 14. Following are excerpts from an email announcing the event:

“Hello everybody

Only one week before the March.

Poster Making Party Wednesday March 21st  5:00 to 7:30PM.  Make Signs for  March for Our Lives   St. Peter’s Church Community Room, Little Washington, VA, Poster materials will be provided, but bring your own materials and slogans too.

Attached are a couple of designs (thank you [name redacted]!) and a few ideas for those who cannot attend

1- Ban military style weapons.

2- Ban all semi-automatic weapons

3- Universal background check for gun owner

4 – LaPierre, you have no conscience

5- Lawmakers, act and stop children massacre

6 – Prayers are not enough, action is needed

Ok I am not creative, I am sure people will come up with great signs.”

Whatever your position is on gun control, St. Peter Catholic Church is not the place to have a partisan (Democratic or Republican) “Poster Making Party”.

We Need More Information

A reader of this blog asks the following pertinent questions”

Did anyone in the parish attend this?

Was this ever advertised to any parishioners? If not, why not?

We are hoping that other readers and interested parties will come forward with information to answer those questions and a host of other questions concerning the “Poster Making Party”.

We Will Get This Right

Thus far, we have posted two items relating information about the “Poster Making Party” held last week in St. Albert Hall at St. Peter Catholic Church. The first item was Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons? that provided information from two independent sources. It is difficult to verify and corroborate all information that is passed to us. That is why we are doing our best to “get this right” and why we posted Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons? – Correction when a third source came forward: .

As we said in our last post, “We are praying that we get this right.” Thankfully, one reader of this blog provided us an item “For full correctness:” that helps to clarify a partial misstatement in questions we posed under Observation 4 in Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons?. The phrase that needs clarification is “This year, last year, and every year since you have been at St. Peter’s, …”

In January 2015, our Pastor did join with parishioners on the March for Life and the parish did arrange for a bus. (See Bulletin 2015-01-18.) Reportedly, Father observed “that we ‘did not fill the bus’. That may partially explain why he decided not to have the parish order a bus for January 2016 (the year of the blizzard). (See Bulletin 2016-01-17 where our Pastor tells us to use buses provided by St. John the Evangelist or Precious Blood parishes.) In 2017 and 2018, the Knights of Columbus provided the buses. Interestingly, both of those years the bus was full, but our Pastor was away on vacation.

We continue to pray that we get this right.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle!

Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons? – Correction

Immediately, after posting Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons?, another source came forward and clarified a point that had puzzled us. We were concerned about the event occurring on a Thursday evening. The new information reveals that a: “Poster Making Party” was scheduled for  “Wednesday March 21st  5:00 to 7:30PM”.

There is more information available, but we are waiting for clearance to post that to our general audience.

We are praying that we get this right.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle!

Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons?

Bottom Line Up Front: I have two reliable sources who reported the following:

On March 22nd, St. Peter Catholic Church hosted a group of people making posters for the anti-gun rights “March for Our Lives” scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 24th in the District of Columbia.

The following picture is of a poster made during that session. Apparently, it was rejected and cast aside due to the misspelling of the word “assault”. The picture also shows two of the many containers of markers used during the event.

Assaut

Reportedly, the poster making session occurred last night. There is Mass and Holy Hour at St. Peter’s on Thursday evenings. So, the event either occurred during Mass and Holy Hour or sometime after 8:30pm. There was no mention of the event on the parish website or in Bulletin_2018-03-18.

Also, there is information that the group of attendees either was primarily composed of or at least included members of the Rappahannock County Democrats.

Speculative Commentary

Observation 1: Please read the letter in Thursday’s Rappahannock News entitled Their voices are loud and clear by Marian M. Bragg. Ms. Bragg’s letter makes it clear that she, “along with a busload of like-minded residents” will be participating in the “March for Our Lives” on Saturday. The website of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee clearly shows that Ms. Bragg is a member of that committee.

Questions: When Ms. Bragg gets on the bus tomorrow bound for the march will she have a poster to display? If so, was that sign made at St. Peter’s?

Observation 2: As far as we know, no one in the parish could authorize the type of sign making session that occurred on March 22 – no one except our Pastor.

Questions: Did Father authorize the event? Did Father participate in the event. Did Father make any signs of his own? Will Father be on the bus with Ms. Bragg tomorrow morning?

Observation 3: We know that our Pastor is a proponent for “Gun Control”. See For the Sheep in Exile – Bulletin 2017-12-10. We also know that our Pastor appears to be closely aligned with the Association of U.S. Catholic Priests (AUSCP) and their stance against gun violence. (See “GUN CONTROL” at St. Peter’s – More to the Story.)

Question: To what extent has our Pastor used his position and authority to promote the AUSCP agenda and the Democratic Party agenda pertaining to gun control?

Observation 4: Whether directly or indirectly, through authorization to use parish property, our Pastor appears to have provided support to “a busload of like-minded residents”. His support will be visible in Washington, D.C. tomorrow, whether he rides on that bus with the “like-minded residents” or not. His support will be on every one of the posters on that bus that will be paraded in front of national and international news cameras.

Questions: Father we pose this to you directly. This year, last year, and every year since you have been at St. Peter’s, you never supported your sheep, your lambs who made the sacrifice to go the “March for Life”, why is it that you could desert us yet give your support to those going on the bus to the “March for Our Lives” tomorrow? Where was your support for our bus? Where was your support for all the babies killed in the womb?

Almost the Final Question: Father, should we ban “assaut” weapons?

Final Question: As we move into the holiest week of the year, will our Pastor’s apparent support for the AUSCP and Democratic Party agenda bring the salvation of even a single soul?

The AUSCP and St. Peter’s – Facts and Questions

Fact 1: Our Pastor is a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, VA and the pastor of St. Peter Catholic Church.

Fact 2: The Sheep of Kephas blog has established that our Pastor has attended two Association of U.S. Catholic Priests (AUSCP) national assemblies.

Fact 3: Our Pastor acknowledged publicly at Masses at St. Peter’s that he had attended the most recent (2017) AUSCP national assembly.

Fact 4: This blog has not established that our Pastor is a dues-paying member of AUSCP, but there is enough circumstantial evidence to support that type of conclusion.

Fact 5: The AUSCP recently posted this letter addressed to James Martin, S.J. on its facebook site here:

26733350_10155022582221496_6196539112924723785_n

Question 1: As a likely member of AUSCP, does our Pastor stand in agreement with Fr. Bob Bonnot and the AUSCP Leadership Team with regards to the AUSCP letter dated January 10, 2018?

Question 2: What are the implications for the sheep of St. Peter’s if, in fact, our Pastor stands in accord with the AUSCP on the above letter?

Question 3: What are the implications for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington if, in fact, our Pastor stands in accord with the AUSCP on the above letter?

Created Male and Female – Our Pastor’s New Year’s Resolution?

There is authentic ecumenism and there is fake ecumenism. On December 15, 2017, there was an exemplary display of authentic ecumenism on the United States Council of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) website. An open letter signed by a diverse group of Catholic and other religious leaders was posted for the world to see.

Please read Created Male and Female: An Open Letter from Religious Leaders in its entirety.  It is a superb and almost amazing display of Truth and Reason triumphing over political correctness. It is all the more amazing because the letter comes from a combination of Catholic, Orthodox, Lutheran, Anglican, Presbyterian, Baptist, and Islamic leaders. And here is some of what the religious leaders had to say:

We come together to join our voices on a more fundamental precept of our shared existence, namely, that human beings are male or female and that the socio-cultural reality of gender cannot be separated from one’s sex as male or female.

We acknowledge and affirm that all human beings are created by God and thereby have an inherent dignity. We also believe that God created each person male or female; therefore, sexual difference is not an accident or a flaw—it is a gift from God that helps draw us closer to each other and to God. What God has created is good. “God created mankind in his image; in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them” (Gen 1:27).

That, in our estimation, is authentic ecumenism.

This blog has reported many meager, lame, and ineffective ecumenical efforts of the Rappahannock Clergy Association (RCA) and our Pastor. Shall we call those efforts fake ecumenism?

Now that we have this shining example of authentic ecumenism from the USCCB, we call upon our Pastor to urge the RCA (of which he is a founder) to issue an open letter that strongly endorses and supports all that is presented in Created Male and Female: An Open Letter from Religious Leaders. If religious leaders at the national level can present the truth in an authentically ecumenical manner, certainly our Pastor could persuade the RCA to do the same.

Authentic ecumenism is about the salvation of souls. Certainly our Pastor would do well by making a New Year’s resolution to mobilize the RCA for that purpose. The Rappahannock News would certainly rush to print an article entitled Created Male and Female: An Open Letter from the Rappahannock  Clergy Association.

Perhaps as a second New Year’s resolution, our Pastor could replace the Hate has no home here sign in front of St. Peter’s with a sign saying: Love lives here and He created us Male and Female!

Christmas Eve: The time of waiting is nearly over. Christmas, blessed, joyous Christmas will soon be here!

My beautiful spouse and I will make the Exiles’ drive to St. John the Baptist in Front Royal one more time for one more Christmas Eve. We’ll drive the extra 20 miles simply to hear the words that the Church has given us rather than only some of the words some of the time, the way we hear them at St. Peter’s.

Last evening we attended Mass at St. Peter’s for the Fourth Sunday of Advent. Some of the other Exiles were there. There we heard the minimized, watered down version of Eucharistic Prayer II. We didn’t even get to hear the “dewfall” from the Holy Spirit – Father has been leaving that out along with a lot of other words lately.

So, my beautiful spouse and I will make the Exiles’ drive to St. John the Baptist in Front Royal one more time for one more Christmas Eve. We’ll drive the extra 20 miles simply to hear the words that the Church has given us rather than only some of the words some of the time, the way we hear them at St. Peter’s.

The time of waiting is nearly over. Christmas, blessed, joyous Christmas will soon be here!

Do I sound like I am repeating myself? Well, I am. I am because our Pastor keeps repeating himself, and repeating himself, and repeating himself.

Another Reason to March: You didn’t hear this from Father yesterday, but the Catholic Herald announced it: Catholics can obtain a plenary indulgence at March for Life

That’s right! Read the article and reflect on what you will be doing in January when it’s time for the March for Life. Also read the joint letter from Cardinal Wuerl and Bishop Burbidge here.

The Knights of Columbus are once again making a bus available. This is one time when the Sheep in Exile can come and join their old friends and, at the same time, make a big difference for many children coming into this world and even for some older folks who have already departed.

Priez pour nous qui avons recours à vou

It snowed in Cleveland and the surrounding area on the evening of December 7th, 1962. In the school where I was staying, we awoke to 7-9 inches of glistening, early Winter snow on December 8th. The first order of the day would be attending morning Mass in celebration of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception. The second order of the day would be shoveling the quadrangle sidewalk.

I was in the perfect place at the perfect time. It was a solemn feast in honor of my Mother. I would be with her and her beloved Son in the chapel. I would behold my Mother, her Son, my Father, and the Spirit Who binds us together. I was in the perfect place at the perfect time.

Our relationship began several years before. I had saved my pennies and nickels, even my dimes. I handed my envelope to Sister and she assured me I had made an investment in something that would last forever. She told us how the Knights of Columbus would use the money to build a great bell tower at the shrine to the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.

IC-MedalYet, even before 1959, my Mother was already with me. Sister Mary Gemma taught me how to say the Rosary and Sister Mary Lucienne had suggested that we wear the Miraculous Medal. With the exception of the years when I fell away from the Church, I have worn that medal continuously and my Rosary is always near at hand.

So, on the morning of December 8th, 1962, the newly fallen snow was a sign of joy and purity – it only added greater love to my Mother’s day.

Today is December 8th, 2017. Once again it is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception. The first order of the day was to attend morning Mass in celebration of my Mother’s day. And, although the snow has not yet started to fall, it will be here soon. Once again, I am in the perfect place at the perfect time.

IC 2016-02-13And I can imagine in my mind that sometime tonight or early tomorrow morning in Washington, D.C. this will be the scene. Perhaps there will be some glistening, early Winter snow atop a great bell tower. My, what beautiful memories I can buy with my pennies, nickels, and my dimes.

Sister was so very right, ” I had made an investment in something that would last forever.” With that assurance and so much more. I will continue to keep my Rosary close at hand and I will wear the Miraculous medal always. And I shall never cease to pray to my Mother, “Ô Marie, conçue sans péché, priez pour nous qui avons recours à vou” (“O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!”)

Although it might be best to say no more in this post, I find it necessary to consider what has happened in our Church since 1962. Where are the Sr. Mary Gemmas and Sr. Mary Luciennes – where are the sisters who put teaching children about faith and devotions and their Mother Mary before anything else? Now more than ever, I am compelled to cry out, “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!”

What has happened in our Church since 1962? In that school where I was staying those 55 years ago, I saw the beginnings of the change from a church that knew its Founder, Jesus Christ, and His teaching into to the confused, misguided church we have today. So, when I read a report like US Catholic Priests Conspiring to Create “Priestless Parishes” Run by “Deaconnesses” by the Lepanto Institute, again I am compelled to cry out, “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!”

Finally, when I think of St. Peter’s Sheep in Exile and the reason why they are in exile, I am compelled to cry out, “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!”

For the Sheep in Exile – Bulletin 2017-11-05

Here is Bulletin_2017-11-05. There was a six-page Diocese of Arlington Vocations insert in this week’s bulletin. You can find all the information in the brochure and more at National Vocation Awareness Week.

All Souls-2Do we remember? – Do we pray? Few of us have ever known a canonized Saint. Nevertheless, many of us surely have known a saint or many saints. And what of the saints to be – the ones who are in Purgatory – Do we remember? – Do we pray?

This week we have celebrated All Souls Day. If you have been properly schooled in your Catholic faith, you know that it is within your power to obtain an indulgence to have a soul released from Purgatory and gain entry to Heaven. So, today, not tomorrow or the next day, make your way to the cemetery and pray for those who have been forgotten.

Simply put, dear Friend in Christ: Remember – Remember and Pray!

All Souls-1
