Here is Bulletin_2016-10-30

burgandy_bookEven from the Grave: I like to go to St. Peter’s to pray my Rosary. The other day on my way out, I glanced over and saw that there was a new “Little Book.” This time it was “The Little Burgundy Book”. Once again, the “Little Book” was dedicated to Bishop Ken Untener – a deceased dissenter. So, I took the book home to see if it really was worth my time. When I got to “Friday, third week”, there was a wonderful description of the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).

GOOD GRIEF!!! The official statement by UNICEF in the article UNICEF & Family Planning notes that it promotes population control, but indicates it does not provide abortions or contraceptives. EWTN, in the article Behind the Mask of UNICEF, documents something quite different. Once again, Bishop Untener, with the help of our Pastor, continues to corrupt the faith of the parishioners of St. Peter’s.

Stacked Deck = Rigged: So, the Pope is stacking the deck with several new liberal cardinals. (See In “seismic shift” Pope appoints very liberal Cupich and 2 more U.S. progressives among 17 new cardinals). Meanwhile, here at St. Peter’s there is reason to believe that our Pastor would like to stack the deck in both the Finance Council and the Pastoral Council. All he has to do is fire some members and replace them with progressives.

In the political world, their are claims that the presidential election is being rigged. Hmmm!! “Stacking” – “rigging”, is there really much of a difference? Saul Alinsky would say the ends justify the means.

From St. Peter’s in Rome to St. Peter’s in Rappahannock County and from Washington, DC to Washington, VA, it’s all the same. This brings us two important points:

  1. Pray
  2. Play the hand you’re given:
You’ve got to know when to hold ’em
Know when to fold ’em
Know when to walk away
And know when to run
You never count your money
When you’re sittin’ at the table
There’ll be time enough for countin’
When the dealin’s done
Every gambler knows
That the secret to survivin’
Is knowin’ what to throw away
And knowin’ what to keep
‘Cause every hand’s a winner
And every hand’s a loser
And the best that you can hope for is to die
in your sleep
St. Simon, Pray for us!
St. Jude, patron saint of the impossible, Pray for us!!!!!!!
